Really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve been facing.
We do have a QA process in place, however, due to the nature of the beast (WordPress, hosting environments, third party code, something we missed, etc) sometimes things do regrettably slip by. I’ve passed this back to QA to thoroughly test.
Can you let me know what theme you’re using, any plugins and a link to your site or sandbox site where this is happening so that we see first hand and look at it through developer tools. 🙂

Sorry, but judging by all of the comments on this board about the numerous errors this update has wrought, I think the issue may be on your end instead of ours.
At every phase there’s a reported issue. I think it was a poorly planned release. Go back to the drawing board and beta test this update. It’s a promising update, but poorly designed.

I apologize for the frustration this has caused.
We could replicate the issues with the size of the images and popups are cut off and our developers already working on a new fix.

This issue, I’m afraid we can’t replicate from our end.
It would help a lot to get to the bottom of this if you could give us a little more information on how we could reproduce this.
Do you use any video links inside the Custom Content that might overlay a text? Please let us know if the PopUp content includes any shortcodes from other plugins or iframe code. Please, share Custom Content settings as well.
Would you please share a link to your site where the text is replaced by video so we could see it up close? If this is not possible would you please create a screencast using tools like Monosnap and upload it here so we could see it?
