I’m having an issue with the display of my custom post type (job_postings) using the Avada “blog” shortcode. The short code support custom post types, however, the titles of my custom posts wrap strangely.
Here’s a rundown of my situation:
- The “blog” shortcode functions just fine when the “post_type” attribute is equal to “post”. Link: http://neotechnics.com/clients/egret/candidates/current-assignments/test-regular-post-type/
- The same “blog” shortcode displays titles strangely when I change the “post_type” attribute to “job_postings” which is my custom post type name. Link: http://neotechnics.com/clients/egret/candidates/current-assignments/test-custom-post-type/
- When I list the custom postings using the slug (job-postings), they also display properly. This leads me to believe there is something not quite right when specifying custom post types with Avada blog shortcode. Link: http://neotechnics.com/clients/egret/job-postings/
It seems to me like this should be an easy fix. I do not believe this to be an avada theme problem, but don’t know for sure. Can anyone provide help?
