Display Image Title under thumbnail w NextGen 2.1.15

Hello All,

I am having a really hard time figuring out how to get an image title to display under it’s thumbnail using NextGen 2.1.15. The description displays properly when the image is viewed, but I’d like the title to display under the thumbnail, instead of only showing on hover-over. It’s hard to believe such a basic function isn’t part of the gallery settings.

I’ve already searched and found related topics, but none of the solutions seem to work for me. Here is a link to one of the pages I would like to use this on:
