 * I’m trying to display an image above my posts on my posts page (which is also
   my homepage). What’s the best way to do this?

 * Have you tried setting a featured image in the right hand column of the post 
   editor? This may or may not be the case depending on your theme and/or theme 
   styles. I would try that, if that’s not the case perhaps you could provide a 
   link to your site to help troubleshoot the issue? Thanks.
