 * Just wondering if the plugin can show the date / time a file was uploaded?

 * No, not out of the box.
 * As per the previous thread, you would again need to investigate modifying that
   wtf-fu-templates.php file and get the date time from the file properties (if 
   available). A similar thing is done for the file size.
