Display feed items by post Id

Is it possible to use wp-rss-aggregator to display specific feed items instead of items from a specific feed source. An example would be to calculate the top 25 feed items (regardless of the feed source) and display them. I can get the click through counts and the feed-item id’s (post_id in the database), but wanted to use wp-rss-aggretator to do the display. Is there a way to do that?
