# Display Excerpt with short code

 * Is there a way to use the testimonial short code, and have the excerpt output
   along with a read more link?
 * We are using the shortcode to add a testimonial within a page’s content, but 
   some of them testimonials are rather long.
 * Thank, so far this plug is in the best testomonial plug in I have used!

 * Thanks so much for the positive feedback! It is much appreciated.
 * You should be able to use the Excerpt (or a shortened version of the body content,
   if you don’t have an excerpt set), with the following syntax:
    `[random_testimonial
   show_title="1" use_excerpt="1"]`
 * The important part is `use_excerpt="1"` – you should be able to add that to your
   shortcode to do what you need.
