Its available in the pro version.
For free version, follow these steps
1) Go to side-cart-woocommerce plugin folder
2) Navigate to public/partials
3) Copy the template xoo-wsc-footer.php to your theme/woocommerce folder
4) Open it & on line 30 after </div> tag & before <?php if(!empty($shipping_txt)): ?>, paste this code
