• Thank you for the very useful plugin.
From the docs it’s clear how to input date in to email the the right format.

But, how to avoid suffering users to understand the necessity to input date in the form in one of very strange formats like “mm/dd/yy”? (this type of format set nowhere in the computer neither in the website)

The expectable format for my users is “dd.mm.yyyy” and it displays correctly in another page the same website (https://forcesail.ru/application/) where I don’t use CF7, but I can’t turn CF7 to display date the same format.

I know that this is one of the stagnatest and painfullest problem of the developers who use the plugin. Could you resolve it?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you very much for you very prompt answer, but,
    1) of course that I have read this article a few times or even more as well as the other topics here where you you link it
    2) There is not problem with formating date in email. The probles is with formating date field in the form to present date in the expectable to user format
    3) The 1st link on the “Date Field” page doesn’t work
    4) We’d be happy to have the solution how to make it working, especially knowing that it’s possible in contrario to have the explanation that the users must accept some html standards. We can’t explain to site users that they must change there customs.

Thank you for the real help in advance.

Hello, as forcesail explained, there is no way to formate the date for the formular.

May you can add a feature?
