I have some intake forms that have 40+ fields in them. When retrieving the data, it’s difficult to export it into a form I can use easily, as it’s all horizontal, and when people put a lot of information in one field, the text in one cell overlaps the others. The total width of all the cells makes it difficult to print out into a useful form. Also, if attempting to view the data on a smartphone, it’s nearly impossible, because of the extensive scrolling.

I’d like to be able to quickly retrieve and print the data in the same way as it’s displayed on the form the user fills in. Is there a way to do that?

Note that the CFDB plugin is completely unaware of what a form looks like or where it is. It only is aware of data being submitted to the server.

You’re best bet is to use [cfdb-html] short code to display data on a page in a format that you like.

Thanks for your quick response! The intake forms contain confidential information, so displaying the data on a page runs the risk of the data being compromised. I’ll see if I can figure out another way to get the data to display vertically instead of horizontally.

    Thanks again!
