Display custom html/link based on Cubepoints Rank

I’m using Cubepoints, and have 3 ranks. All is working fine. I would like to add a custom link next to the Rank in the sidebar. Each Rank would display one of the different 3 links.

The purpose is so that when my users reach a particular rank, I want them to have access to a url to get their reward for that rank.

Does someone have code I can use and what file/where would I add it?
