Display Custom Field…

I am posting businesses information as my “posts”… I want to list the business name (article name), write up(content), and phone number/address/web site (custom fields)…

Within my category listing (user-side), I want to list all of my blogs and their address/phone (not web site). All that I could find is the the_meta() tag to display ALL custom fields… is there a simple way to list (I want a horizontal list, like a row in a table) the Title, Address, and Phone number.
