    Hi.

I would like to display “CHECK YOUR EXISTING REQUEST” on a page, but when using the shortcode [wsdesk_support display=check_request], it still just displays the 2 buttons, like when using [wsdesk_support].

I followed the documentation, so don’t understand why it’s displayed this way.

I’m using Divi Theme, can that be the reason?

I hope you can help me fix this.

    Best Regards,
    Rasmus Soendergaard

    Hi Rasmus,

The shortcode [wsdesk_support display=check_request] only supports in the premium version of the plugin. Following are the shortcodes that are available for the basic version.
    WSDesk support action shortcode [wsdesk_support]
WSDesk support form shortcode [wsdesk_support display=form]

    Hope this helps.

    Regards

Thank you.. So if I buy the Premium version, I will have access to this shortcode and can display the ticket overview directly. So the visitor doesn’t have to press on of the 2 buttons, but see the overview instantly?

    Best Regards,
    Rasmus.

    Hi Rasmus,

Yes, by upgrading to the premium version of the plugin you can use the shortcode [wsdesk_support display=check_request] to display the existing requests without clicking on a button.
