excuse but the counter for each display changes from 2 to 4 to 6 and so on.
why?
I put
<? php if (function_exists (‘the_views’)) {the_views (); }?> in single.php

I’ll try to explain it better.
Im trying to use your plug-in but every time someone looks at the website page, the number of visitors increases everytime by two ( it means it goes from 2 to 4, from 4 to 6, etc.)

In addition, im using a multisite blog with the Diary/ Notebook theme.

Your theme/plugin might be calling wp_head() twice somewhere. Check using the default theme to see if it works properly.
