Display bug on top of the plugin page

On my website backend plugin page, this message is written :”https://www.siteurl.fr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=rdwcom
In the html, it is just under this : <h2 class=”screen-reader-text”>Plugin list</h2>
I don’t know why it happens (it does it on 2 different websites).
