DISPLAY BUG: Incorrect date format after date picker on Add/Edit event form

    Date shown after selecting from the date picker on the add/edit event form has the comma in the wrong place.

    Currently: Sept, 9 2017
    Should be: Sept 9, 2017

    Minor detail, but clients are pointing it out.
