It sounds like it could be a cache issue. Please clear any cache plugins/services you have active 🙂

Can you add an ID to the div, like that we can hide it, thanks.
I think it’s more about “wp-admin” because the message is displayed not for an admin in my case, so the link to wp-admin it’s not found I think.

Ok, I just connected me as admin, and type this url : [MY-WEBSITE]/wp-admin/admin.php?action=ucp_dismiss_notice¬ice=whitelisted
Now, it’s ok on my other account (not as admin)
I am having this problem too – never had it before on many other websites. I am the administrator and cannot dismiss this notice. The x click does nothing…there must have been a change lately?
EDIT: I played around with some plugins, deactivated in certain order. Got it to dismiss, reactivated, etc.

I checked it one more time with WordPress 6.1.1 and don’t see any issues. I has to be cache or some compatibility issue with something else 🙁
