Dismiss button does not work

The dismiss button does not work on the notice: “Under Construction Mode is enabled but you are whitelisted so you see the normal site.” for anybody except administrator role.

Can you add an ID to the div, like that we can hide it, thanks.
I think it’s more about “wp-admin” because the message is displayed not for an admin in my case, so the link to wp-admin it’s not found I think.I am having this problem too – never had it before on many other websites. I am the administrator and cannot dismiss this notice. The x click does nothing…there must have been a change lately?
EDIT: I played around with some plugins, deactivated in certain order. Got it to dismiss, reactivated, etc.
