Dismiss Button Does Not Close Alert

    Thanks for a great plugin. I am seeing one problem.

    When I click the “Dismiss” button on the “It looks like you’ve been using Easy Forms for MailChimp for 2 weeks now.” alert, it does not close.

    Here is a video of the issue I’m seeing

    Hi Sal 👋 !

    That is super weird. I use the plugin on a ton of test/live sites and I’ve never had a problem dismissing the nag.

    Sorry about that, @yikesitskevin is out for the day, but he will look into this when he gets in tomorrow.

    Hi Sal,

    Thanks for the video. Are you still seeing the review us notice? The only way I can see this happening is if your environment has a lot of caching going on (especially for the wp_options table). If you clear your cache does the notice go away?

    Hi Kevin and Tracy 👋,

    Upon checking today, I am no longer seeing the notice. For reference, I’m running on Siteground’s GoGeek plan, using their built-in caching but no additional caching plugin.

    If I experience the problem again, I’ll try clearing the cache.
