Disk quota exceeded, errno 122

    Hi,

    Thanks for the great plugin, however I can’t seem it to work, everytime I make a backup I only got this error message

    mysqldump: Got errno 122 on write
    zip I/O error: Disk quota exceeded

    zip error: Output file write failure (write error on zip file)

    weird because we have 1000MB of quota and the site we’re going to backup only use 90MB.

    Unfortunately theres not much I can help with here, that error message is simply the error message reported back by your server.

    I’d recommend contacting your hosting support and asking them why you are getting Disk Quota errors when you are only using 9% of your space.

    Hi @tom thanks for the reply,

    yeah I already did and they already remove the quota limit and we can put it unlimited etc. and still same issue, to bad I love this plugin, no choice but to use other plugin.

    Hey Rys,

    As I previously mentioned, those error messages are not from my plugin, they are simply the error messages reported back by your server, if the error says there is a disk quota then there must either be a disk quota or something wrong with the server setup.
