# disk enhanced issue on shared server

 * Hi,
 * if i run W3 with shared hosted server.
    when i setup “Page cache” to “Disk Enhanced”
   i get the following error: “_W3 Total Cache error: It appears Page Cache URL 
   rewriting is not working. Please verify that the server configuration allows .
   htaccess_”
 * while .htaccess is fully allowed i do not understand what is this issue.
 * Any idea how to solve it ?
    thx
