Okay, just another rant. I bought the Pro version ($75, which reminds me I must find a way to cancel their “auto annual subscription”) …. had an issue with their documentation referring to a settings file which was not in the downloaded package or anywhere on their web site.
Submitted a support ticket, no response, two followups later, still no response.
This is horrific, don’t they have a Better Business Bureau or something to investigate?
I bought Pro because an ebook about Pinterest recommended these people.
I wonder if the developer who did the standalone code has left, and the remaining one doesn’t have a clue?
I find it weird that he has time to answer queries here, but thoroughly ignores proper support tickets submitted via their system.
Just wish I had thought to do a reputation check before signing up.
