    Okay, just another rant. I bought the Pro version ($75, which reminds me I must find a way to cancel their “auto annual subscription”) …. had an issue with their documentation referring to a settings file which was not in the downloaded package or anywhere on their web site.

    Submitted a support ticket, no response, two followups later, still no response.

    This is horrific, don’t they have a Better Business Bureau or something to investigate?

    I bought Pro because an ebook about Pinterest recommended these people.

    I wonder if the developer who did the standalone code has left, and the remaining one doesn’t have a clue?

    I find it weird that he has time to answer queries here, but thoroughly ignores proper support tickets submitted via their system.

    Just wish I had thought to do a reputation check before signing up.

    How exactly your “review” of the “Standalone API” is related to free WordPress Plugin. “Standalone API” is a completely different product that has nothing to do with WordPress.

    PS: We always answer all support tickets.

    Ah, there is life there after all. I posted here, because like many of the other 1-star reviews, I had grown frustrated with your absolute lack of response to support requests on the standalone service, which cost me $75.

    You claim to “always answer all support tickets”, but I notice there is no time limit mentioned.

    For example my support ticket was submitted on 20 May 2016, today is 7 June, and still no answer, despite two ‘bumps’.

    And me too. I write here my review because they not response for pro users.
    OK, here we cannot rate because it’s for free version only. In tickets you not answer because WHAT?
    You creat something like closed loop for users which really read instructions AND REALLY needed support after you get they money. As me or sthis user.

    I have had the same problems with them support is very slow.
    They have an excellent product when it workers.
    They shut of custom post type reposting in the current versions because they don’t want to fix it.
    They claim a version 4 will be out soon that was 2 years ago. When pigs fly I guess

    I never did get support from their “pro” side people. Although I did get a mail where they canceled my ticket, without responding to it.

    Then I forgot about the auto-renew at Paypal, and as soon as the repeat billing went off, I contacted Paypal, told them the story with link here (and elsewhere on the web where other people relate the same issue) and after a while Paypal refunded me my money.

    So if your situation is similar, remember to cancel the auto-bill before it happens…. will save you some stress.

    Not sure where you got auto billing from when I bought it it was one time $99 I beleave that was about 3 years ago.

    I vaguely remember a 99 price once-off, probably the first time I researched the product, but by the time I went to buy it was an annual fee like now. When I paid via Paypal I had to agree to auto-billing yearly.
