I’ve been running into an issue where banners don’t seem to be displaying at the correct times and noticed an issue. When looking at the visible from and expires columns in the main banners list, I can see a discrepancy in the timing. When I publish a new banner the visible from column says 4 hours, even though it should say like 1 minute. Then in the expires column, it says 20 hours, even though it’s supposed to expire in 24 hours. Obviously 24 – 4 is 20, so it seems to be subtracting 4 hours off the visible time for some reason. Any idea on what might be causing that?

Has there been any update on this issue? My team is still struggling with this all the time. The timing of show and expire is always off as compared to the current time. We’re in EDT, which is currently UTC -4, which does align with offset we’re seeing. I’ve double checked the WordPress time settings and it’s set correctly, so it seems like WPBP is using UTC 0 for the scheduling instead of the time set in WP.

I was just checking in if any headway on this issue? Just had my co-worker who’s been struggling with it mention it today. Thanks!
