    Hi there… Premise: I am still using the free version! I have set a 25% discount for pre-orders, the calculation is correct, but as you can see from the photo, the label shows 100%. Is it a bug or do I need to correct the setup?

    Question about Pre Order: I would like to know if it is intentional or a bug when I offer a discount for pre-order purchase, the label shows 100% instead of 25%. I am using the free version of the plugin to test before purchasing the pro version. Thank you in advance for your response.

    Hi @homeinart,
    Do you use a plugin for displaying the sale badge? Or maybe it’s a functionality of your active theme. Unfortunately, it seems it cannot get the pre-order price for doing the right calculation due to a lack of integration. I suggest you reach us at our company website since this support forum is for our free plugins only.

    Hello @homeinart ,

    so, as Carlos said, there’s no integration with that theme, that’s why you have this issue
