Are you trying to apply 20% off on product in cart, if customer spends X amount ?

So that if customer spends $100, he will get 20% off on any one product from the list of products.

Thanks for the confirmation.

In that case, we can enable “Exclusive” option in any one of the bulk rule.

Something like: https://nimb.ws/unrW4z (Apply this rule if matched and ignore all other rules)

So that only one rule will be applied exclusively.
