Unfortunately, I cannot tell if you enabled the review for discount option based on the provided screenshot. Can you please share a full screenshot?

I re-checked the screenshot link you shared and now can see the full screenshot, thanks! The settings looks good. Can you please try sending a test email and share a screenshot of the success or error message displayed after clicking on ‘Send Test’ button?

I’ve also tried using email accounts from other domains getting the same success message but not receiving the emails.

Based on the screenshot that you shared, I can only conclude that the test email was successfully sent.
I see that you are using gandi.net as an email provider. Can you please repeat the test using an email address from a well-established email provider like Gmail please?
