    Hello,
So I’ve made several discount codes for my site the past and it’s worked fine but yesterday I started to make a new one and I can’t figure out what’s up.

So I fill it all in as normal. It’s a flat amount code and then where it says Download requirements usually I can just pick the one download I’m offering with this code.
The issue is that the download I’m looking for doesn’t show up on that list. The product exists I’ve check but it’s not on the list.

Does anyone else have this issue or have figured out how to fix it.

    Thanks for the help!

The products list only lists the first 30 products by default for performance reasons. If the product you want to add is not on that list of 30, simply begin typing the name of the product to add and EDD will perform a search and will then update the list with the search results.

    I’m not sure I understand you’re meaning.

So inside the Discount Codes when finding the Download Requirements it only lists 30 products? Where should I be doing this search at?

The issue is that the discount code should go for one item and only that item but it’s not listed there even though the product exists. I can’t get the item I’m needing the code to go to to get onto that list inside the Discount Codes area for Download Requirements.

In that drop down, there is a text field, simply start typing the name of your product. http://screencloud.net/v/nTmu

Alright so I think the issue is that that doesn’t happen with mine.

Here is a picture of what it looks like. When I click on anything there and try to type nothing happens. It’s just a list of a few downloads that scrolls down but there is no way to get anything other than what’s on that list. It’s just a scrolling list with no response when I try to type. I can only pick from that list and that’s all.

What version of EDD do you have installed?

2.1.4 Is what I have right now.

Try deactivating all other plugins. Does the list show up properly then?

okay so I appears the issue is with the WordPress Simple Firewall plugin.

It seems to stop that part of the discounts to work properly. I am able to do like you suggested now.

Do you suggest any other plugins like WSF that might work better?

    Try using iThemes Security.

Hi since updating to Version 2.3.9 I am unable to view all my downloads to add to my discount codes.
I have tried disabling all other plugins and switched themes but still only about 30 show up, even typing word for word shows no other downloads that are there.

Any ideas please? Tried on PC and Ipad…same result, ps I have also updated to wordpress 4.2.2 today as well…

Thanks in advance for any help.

Ok I seem to be finding the downloads now, strange, but all good thanks…

Just wish there was a way to add more than one at a time 🙁

We will look into improving that in the future.
