 * Firstly, thanks for a great free plugin!
 * I’m having two small issues with discount codes though. Firstly, I can create
codes in ‘eShop > Discount Codes’ but once I’ve done that I can’t find where
I can view active codes. Does this exist in the CMS or do I need to be noting
   what I’m creating?
 * Secondly, I can see a field in the checkout process that allows a user to enter
a discount code, and I can seem to find a setting in Settings or the eShop section
   that would relate to this…
 * Are you able to advise on what I’m missing here please? The site is [http://www.store46.co](http://www.store46.co)
 * Many thanks in advance for your help 🙂

 * eShop -> Discount Codes -> Current Discount Codes

 * I see no “Current Discount Codes” in the menu structure or on the “Discounts”
page of eShop settings, and no opportunity during checkout to enter discount
codes. I’ve added and submitted two test codes (one inactive, one active), though
of course I have no confirmation that they actually exist. Is it possible that
my theme or something else is interfering with the display of that functionality?
   Thanks.

 * It’s possible, yes. The currently active discount codes should appear at the
bottom of the Discount Codes page. Try using the default Twenty Fifteen theme
   with **all** other plugins deactivated.

 * Hi–thanks for the suggestion. But sadly, I still see no active discount codes.
Switched to twentyfifteen, deactivated all plugins except eShop, re-created discount
code. No active codes displayed. 🙁

 * I really don’t know what else to suggest. I’m sitting here looking at a list
of active discount codes (as I described above) in one of my locally hosted eShop
sites. This should work out of the box.
 * How many products have you entered? Would it be feasible to delete the plugin
with all of its data and then re-install?

 * Oof. Well, it’s “only” 20 products, so I guess conceivably I could do that. If
I just do a print-screen of the “Products” page(s) from settings, will that give
me what I need to re-create the products easily? Uninstalling the plugin won’t
delete the pages I created with product descriptions, etc, correct? I’ll just
need to update the shortcodes with new product IDs? Or will it be more of a headache
   than that?

 * Okay, I used the “eShop Uninstall” to remove all files, deleted and re-installed
eShop, then first thing added a discount code. I get a confirmation at the top
of the screen—”Discount code details entered”—but still no codes show up. Frustrating.
 * I’m a little nervous about putting all the effort into getting eShop set up again,
if I’m not confident that all the functionality is actually going to work. Is
there no place in the file system I can look to see whether the discount code
is actually being created, even if it’s not displaying properly?

 * Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fifteen theme with **all**
   other plugins deactivated?

 * As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume
that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this
is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a follow-
   up.

 * Well, I gave up, which is a form of resolution, I suppose. I found a way to give
the discount without using discount codes.
 * And yes, I got the same problem with Twenty Fifteen and all plugins deactivated,
even after reinstalling eShop and going through all the setup again. If I’m the
only one reporting the problem, though, I’ll shrug and find a workaround.
