Support » Plugin: Dynamic Pricing With Discount Rules for WooCommerce » Discount based on Quantity for other currency

  • Hello team,

The plugin works great πŸ™‚ However, there is just a little issue as my website indicates the price in a different currency depending on the customer location.

I have setup a discount based on quantity (more than 2 items gives 15% off).
It works fine when the price is in USD but not when customer is from a different country, so different currency.

For example the discount is USD 30 (15% of USD 200) but it shows PHP 30 for someone in the Philippines. It should be something like PHP 1500.

    Thank you for your help,
    Max

I also have a problem with a store with multiple currencies. I debugged it first with the Currency Switcher plugin authors, and it came down to a problem with this plugin.

Say the item is on sale for $5 CAD – it will show both the regular price and the sale price in the CAD amounts for other currencies (USD, EUR). Obviously this is leading to a loss in sales when the converted prices would be much lower to those customers.

In the cart, we default to CAD and the price is correct again, but in the store pages and product pages it’s incorrect.
