Hi,
My client is running a price reduction on a set of products: product adjustment > percentage discount.

The price reduction shows correctly on site, but doesn’t show in the order information in woocommerce. Is there a way to switch it on so it shows the reduction there? The information is important for customer service staff.

Hi

Thanks for reaching out.

For product adjustment discount types, the discount will be applied and the subtotal will be reflected correctly.

You can enable a “you saved” message. This will be displayed in checkout and order emails. Here is a guide detailing the same:http://docs.flycart.org/en/articles/4129525-display-you-saved-message-2-0
