Discord Not Connecting

    When I connect and authorize discord it seems to proceed successfully, but the connect to discord button does not change to disconnect discord and the roles are not mapped. the logs show: Line:310::Function:ets_ultimatemember_discord_load_discord_roles::10004:Unknown Guild

    I am not sure if it is an error in the way I set up the bot or not. I am using a guild.xyz bot on the server as well and I am not sure if the role associated with that bot is causing any issues. Are there any solutions or setups I can do to make it work without removing the guild?

    @rever123

    10004:Unknown Guild means that you did not connect the bot
    You need to “Connect your Bot” red button .
    and don’t forget the add the :
    Admin Redirect URL Connect to bot to OAuth2 list urls.

    The bot was connected properly on the um discord settings. (button is green and says “bot connected”). The admin redirect url was also already added to OAuth2 redirect list on the discord developers.

    The discord Roles are loaded or not ?
    Make sure the Bot BOT have the high priority than the roles it has to manage.

    Apologies, I meant the roles are mapped correctly. The discord is still not connecting and roles are not loaded on the site. After connecting and authorizing discord, the connect to discord button does not change and repeats the same thing after multiple attempts to connect.
