Disconnecting sites from my wordpress account

I no longer own domains/manage sites that I had connected to my shared hosting plan I had with Hostgator but yet the sites show up on my wordpress account (on iOS app) when I tried the suggested methods I found when searching the forums when logged into the pc website the content under ”my sites” only shows Loading my sites and never updates. If you go to stats and click on pages and posts it shows all pages/posts for the sites that were connected. I no longer own any of the domains and no longer have hosting with hostgator HOW do I remove them from my wordpress.com account? I know its a jetpack connect issue (or what it seems to be by reading the forums) but if I dont have access how can I disconnect them?
