    Hi everyone, my newsletter form’s disclosure / affirmation text keeps showing: “By submitting this form, you are granting: , permission to email you.”, WITHOUT our company name… Any ideas on how to get it to display??

    As I recall, that part should be part of your “Account Info” from your Constant Contact account.

    Specifically the organization information found at https://ui.constantcontact.com/rnavmap/em/settings/manage.

    Let us know if that helps, or if it’s still turning up blank results. Note that it may have 1 day delay because of caching that we do to help with performance, but I can provide a quick snippet of code to force a fresh fetching of some data.

    Thanks Michael for the prompt response. However, all the “Account Info” in our account is correctly filled out (including our company name) and we still have the blank results…
    Any other ideas?

    Were they just recently filled in? or have they been there for a long while already? It’s possible that things aren’t pulling in data like expected, but we’d need to do some deeper investigations for why or what errors may be coming in.

    No, they’ve been there for long…
    So, yes, please do look into it whenever possible. If you Google “By submitting this form, you are granting: , permission to email you.”, you’ll find a lot of results showing sites with the same issue, so it looks like it could be a bug.
    I could manually fix it in the class-display.php file, but I’d rather not, as I’d probably have to re-fix it with every update…

    Can you contact us at apisupport@constantcontact.com, mention the url for this forum thread, and make the subject “Support request for Michael” ?

    It’s not something we can necessarily debug with just our local copy of the plugin, because it may be working fine. For example, with my local install: https://cloudup.com/cxrENkFekAR
