For first issue you may disable that from particular page because you may set particular page as home page that’s why it shows! so just disable that from particular page that will resolve your issue – http://prntscr.com/wmb7gh

Just for your info, I don’t have that menu on the page, because I Have disabled the disclaimer for the pages… 🙂
Now I am looking for a workaround!

If you disable that from global settings then the individual settings won’t be there because that has been developed like this way as if you disable for whole pages then that individual settings don’t make any sense so that is developed like that way!
Ops! I tried to disable from that single page, but the disclaimer is still there! 🙂
Even if I check the disable box the disclaimer is still there!

I have checked that at my end and there is no issues, it is properly hide that disclaimer, can you make sure you have cached plugin enabled then clear the cache and check
I will try again, I checked everything from my side and apparently everything’s is fine.
What is really strange is that I only enabled disclaimer on posts, but it appears on the homepage, which is a page actually, not an article.
Then, If I edit the page, no wp disclaimer menu appears, as pages are not enabled.
I have to enable pages, in order to see the wp disclaimer menu in the page editor.
But when I check the box to disable that specific page, the disclaimer is still there…
I think there is a ghost playing games with my site! 😀
I have cancelled any kind of cache… I am driving mad! 🙂

Can you make sure you are not using shortcode of disclaimer plugin and which is exist on that page which showing disclaimer on that page, just make sure for this thing

it’s weird.
I tried to disable everything.
No disclaimer in home page.
I enabled post only, bottom of page. Disclaimer appears in homepage.
I enabled post only, shortcode. no disclaimer on homepage.
But if enable disclaimer for post, on the bottom, here we are! disclaimer in home page…

That is weird, can you check with fresh WordPress setup with those settings, because I have checked with all possible settings and I don’t find this issue at my end and I also verified code that only render on single post/page only

Make sure, you should clear the all cache and CDN if you are using them
Yes, thank you! There was a block on the homepage that I removed and the disclaimer is not displaying anymore.
I think it’s some compatibility issue with wp bakery page builder
