    Since May 8, 2024, the plugin has stopped working. No longer show any logs of sent emails. It’s a pity!

    Especially after I installed the WPFrom Email plugin to stop sending my clients’ password change emails, I think that somehow this plugin doesn’t work well with the WPFrom Email plugin.

    Update: Changing the rating to 5 stars.

    Hi, @tiagojoliveira!

    Thank you for your feedback and we’re so sorry to hear that you haven’t seen any logs for over a week.

    This is very strange, so based on what you shared, our developers looked into the WPFrom Email plugin code to check for conflicts and we identified the root of the issue.

    Specifically, the wp_mail filter is applied incorrectly. The callback function doesn’t return a value and it’s causing an issue.

    Just in case this is too technical, please, reach out to the WPFrom Email plugin support with this information. They’d ideally be able to help as this may be affecting their other users as well.

    In the meantime, while The WPFrom Email team is looking into the issue, you can use the next code snippet to address the issue:

    remove_filter( 'wp_mail', 'wpfrom_custom_sender_init' );

    add_filter( 'wp_mail', function ( $args ) {

      if ( function_exists( 'wpfrom_custom_sender_init' ) ) {
       wpfrom_custom_sender_init();
      }

      return $args;
    } );

    In case it helps, here’s a tutorial with the most common ways to add custom code like this.

    I really do hope this helps.

    When the issue is fixed by the WPFrom Email plugin team, you can delete this code snippet.

    If you have other questions or need any assistance with the WP Mail Logging, please use the WP Mail Logging support forum. We’d be happy to help.

    Kind regards.

    You are incredible, thank you for providing me with the code line, this demonstrates all the care and professionalism of your team. I ended up solving the problem on the same day by removing the problematic plugin and installing the Manage Notification E-mails plugin, which works perfectly with your plugin. So everything is back to working as before.
