# Disaster

 * What a disaster. I upgraded to Pro, they promised me to send 2 packs, they didn’t
   fulfill their promises. I reminded them, they asked again which packs I want,
   I answered and nothing. When I mail them now, no reply.
 * I changed theme, I have a MAxButtons Pro Key, but when i want to put MaxButtons
   Pro I have to pay again 20 dollars. The MAxButtons Pro isn’t worth its money 
   and the support is weak.
 * Trash.

 * First off this belongs in the support forums on MBP.
 * If you post it there we’ll get you straightened out with both the packs and the
   keys. Or just email [support@maxfoundry.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/disaster-8/support@maxfoundry.com?output_format=md)
   with your receipt and we’ll work it out.
 * We actually work hard to be on top of all support on both the free and the Pro
   version. Since we’re working on a couple massive upgrades sometimes things slip
   between the cracks.

 * Thanks for your quick reply! That’s exactly why I post this here, as mailing 
   with MaxFoundry doesn’t have sense. Slip between the cracks… well I got a promise
   and I reminded a couple of times.

 * Recent experience made me change my opinion about the support. I guess last year
   I just had bad luck. Support nowadays is excellent. I would like to change the
   ration to at least 4 stars, but I don’t see any edit mode here!
