• I picked this the pro version of this plugin over Dokan based on reviews here praising the support. I have had to make 3 support posts on their forum since I have started configuring the plugin, and the support reply times are the worst I have received from any premium plugin or theme. And if you need to reply with another question related to the initial request, the wait times are even longer. The reply times seem not much better than the free support forum. It makes me question why I am paying for premium support. It’s especially frustrating when some of the questions are likely a pretty quick reply on their end if they would actually get to them.

    The plugin seems to be well built. And the free version is undoubtedly a value. But with a premium license should come premium support, and I don’t feel I am getting that. I wanted to post this because when you research these plugins, WC Vendors support constantly comes up as a reason why to pick it over Dokan. My experiences have not echoed that.
