# Disappointing support

 * Overall I love what Yoast does but the support has simply been disappointing.
   I don’t have the premium version and I had incompatibility problems with another
   plugin. Yoast simply refused to help me unless I purchased the premium version
   despite the other plugin being willing to send over a copy of the plugin and 
   offer anything that they needed to investigate the issue. It’s really a shame,
   and I lost my respect for the company. Money-centric doesn’t look good on you,
   Yoast.
