Disappointing for such a big company

    Terrible UI, one of the worst I’ve ever seen, full of display bugs.

    I’m getting one critical error message per day since it’s installed.

    Meta won’t give support for any other plugin other than theirs.

    On the other hand, pixel events are firing (not sure how accurately yet) but we will see on a long run as we’ve been forced to use their archaic code and plugin in order to get support for missing data.

    What also doesn’t help is that in the Meta Data Source it’s not in real time, very hard for testing purposes, hence we spend tons on ads without really knowing if it’s accurate or not.

    They just care about collecting the money spent on ads, not on giving professional support for neither Meta Business, the plugin, or double checking our custom setups.

    We are sorry you are having issues with the plugin. Can you open a thread on the support forum detailing the error message you are seeing and describe the issue so we can help you troubleshoot it?

    Regarding testing – you can use the Test Event section in the Events Manager, and/or send test events via the Conversion API Tests section within the plugin.
