• I guess being a Google Chrome user is the worst platform you can be for this addon to WordPress. The rest of my site functions great, but this particular part of my site has caused me nothing but problems.
    1. I have to contact Tech Support to get a download of my form submissions – EVERY TIME.
    2. The page doesn’t load correctly and the dropdown boxes for use during form design are covered and don’t display – meaning you pretty much have to guess if you’re getting the right element or not.
    3. I’ve heard from folks they can’t get the form to load properly and they can’t get to the final page for submission.
    4. Tech Support is responsive, but never solves any of the problems.

    Let me guess, if I pay more money it will work better? I’m sorry I paid for it in the first place.

    We really want to change that and provide you with all the needed assistance in order for you to be able to use our plugin with no issue.

    Please make sure to be logged in your WordPress and in another tab, in the same browser, open the Email on which you want to receive the download link. The link must be opened in the same browser on which you are working on.

    Regarding the points 1 and 2, we couldn’t reproduce the errors you mentioned. Could you please provide us with a screenshot showing the dropdown issue?

    Also, please let us know if it would be okay for us to make a few test submissions on your form to investigate the matter related to the last page of the form.

    What you are asking is that I repeat step #4 again? What happened to the last submissions?
