  • I heard so much good about this plugin, I am so disappointed…
    I used it for a restoration on my website, and it caused the loss of connection with my database. No problem, it happens, I contact the support : they asked for additional information that I gave promptly… and I never heard from them again. Not even to tell me “sorry, there’s nothing we can do”… nothing (they were answering other topics on the support forum though).
    My site has been down for 1 week. I am currently seing with my host if they can restore it from an old backup.

    Hi Stella,

    Sorry to hear that. Your support topic did get a reply; however, it’s always going to be the case that in the free forum (i.e. here at wordpress.org), it’s going to get lower priority than our paid users when people are ill or on holiday (as was the case with our support staff last week).

    FWIW, our support queue for paid users gets cleared multiple times a day; and free support gets done after that. It has to be that way – free users are always going to be in the queue after paying ones.
