Disappointed with lack of customer support

The form works great, although with the new updates, a 3.0 version came out.
Because the developer has an all new purchase system, clients who purchased the plugin in 2012 need to purchase the new plugin to have the ability to place a tech support ticket due to their Order Number no longer being valid.
I placed a message on the Facebook, no response. The purchase should be “One time fee” but for VFB Team “One time fee means we don’t charge a yearly renewal like every other plugin developer out there.”
After research, I do believe I need to update the plugin manually, since it does not allow me to update automatically. It’s something my website guy can do, but nonetheless, it would be nice if there was a way I could have some kind of access to tech support, since I am a paying customer.
I’ve bought the plugins back in 2012, then in 2013 the “Visual Form Builder Pro – Create User” addon, Display Entries addon and musch more.
Now, everything is lost since the PRO plugin became CLASSIC plugin. and the fetchapp.com offers until v2.5.1
If I will pay $69 for a budle, until when will be available? As far as I can see, I need to pay $69 every year.
