    I had a disappointing experience with their customer support. When I reached out for help, I was met with responses that felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a developer, I value respectful and constructive communication, especially when troubleshooting issues. Unfortunately, that was lacking here.

    I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their support interactions. A good product deserves good service.
