Disappointed. Scammed. Stay away.

I was playing with the tools they offer and decided to test the trial. They gave me one week, and when i tried to cancel the upcoming payment the interface was not working and i got errors when trying to cancel the subscription. The day after the payment went through. So i contacted the sales, and i got replied with a classic copy paste message “our systems log don’t show any problems, so you cannot ask for a refund”.
Now i have this useless tool that i paid more than a 100$ and i feel scammed.
NEVER ACTIVATE THE TRIAL, you cannot get out of it once you start.
