 * I don’t know how well the plugin works because it is not clear to me me how to
   import event information into The Event Calendar. Searching through the free 
   support area was a complete waste of time. There really should be some basic 
   support available for seemingly simple questions.

   Also admin demo is available to try and link are there on Plugin page on wordpress.

 * If I’m understanding what you’re wanting to do, you need to see how plugin import
   in The EVent calendar , its shown in document with screenshot and you can also
   create demo with plugin here ([http://testdrive.xylusthemes.com/](http://testdrive.xylusthemes.com/))
 * If you need to check a “how plugin” works you can check document link given or
   try demo to try it — please use the appropriate channel (the .org forum) instead
   of leaving a 1-star review.

 * I still cannot find it in the documentation to try in the demo. If there was 
   a screen shot why didn’t you just send a link to that? At this point I am going
   to use a different plugin
