    I have been using this plugin on my system for a few weeks now and all I can say is WOW! No more page-by-page tweaking!! Works brilliantly and seriously cuts down on the time it takes to customize my sites.

    This is a great application and backed by a very dedicated developer who’s responsive and concerned about the success of it’s users. Great job 🙂

    I purchased the upgrade to your plugin over an hour ago and I do not see anything indicating I have access to a download or licensing. There should be an automatic download link or account page setup upon purchase. When people purchase items like this they usually don’t have time to wait around for access and want to know they can move forward, not worry that there is a problem. I highly suggest you change this process quickly or you will see more disappointing reviews.

    Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback and I am very sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment you had experienced while waiting to receive your license information and file fulfilment. You are right, customers should not have to wait and wait for the product they paid for. The great thing about digital products is that customers should receive them instantly, and I failed you with that.

    For some reason, this delay only seems to happen when purchases are made via PayPal, although on the contrary, purchases made by credit card are instant. I will chase this up with our eCommerce gateway we use called FastSpring and hopefully get this issue resolved as soon as possible. In the meantime, I have made a PayPal notice in our pricing page, but I understand this is not enough and I also need to provide an instant email notification whenever a purchase is made.

    I do sincerely apologise for this mistake, and I will certainly learn from it.

    If I may, I would like express my gratitude for being one of the early few that has taken a chance on buying my premium version. I also would like to thank you for speaking your mind and letting me know your honest feelings, as this will help me improve this process for everyone.
