Disappearing Theme

    So with my wordpress instillation I installed my theme through the web uploader and activated it through wordpress. Recently I went to transfer the website to a different server and everything was going good until I loaded up the theme for the first time.

    My theme is not in the themes folder but is functioning on the website… I log in via ftp and navigate to themes on the original working site and my theme is not in the theme folder.

    So naturally when I moved the site to the new server the theme never came with it.

    I heavily modified the theme on the original site so it isn’t as easy as just re-uploading the theme.

    Does anyone know where my theme could me located so i can transfer it to the new server

    Can you see the theme in the themes list under Appearance?

    On the server themes are located in the wp-content/themes/theme-name – on the old server if its showing up on the site then the above location is where the theme is.

    On the original site it is in the themes list on wordpress, but when I look in the theme folder it is not there. Nor on the original or the new.

    One reason I could think of could be that the theme folder is named differently to the actual theme name style.css?

    Site url and theme name? I can take a look at the source code and see if I can spot anything – provided the theme in questions is the active theme.

    Sorry I was able to figure it out, I was working in the wrong directory. Thanks for your help though.
