Hello Bobby,
Thank you for the video That is really strange, we’ve never seen behavior like that before.
Can you try some trouble shooting steps on a test page? Like trying to make a brand new form, not a duplicated form. Testing inline vs. not inline.
I will try in a test install and see if I can recreate the problem.

Hello I tried testing on my test site and I was able to switch between duplicate forms without losing the submit button.
It must be something with the page builder, the theme or another plugin.
What is the name of your theme again?

Brand new created form is missing the submit button. Have not tried non-inline form yet.
The theme is the X Theme by THEMECO. Theme.co/x

Disabling inline form option did not change anything.

Could you submit a ticket with the company who made the theme as well?
I am thinking it has something to do with the page builder you have in the video. They may be able to identify what is going on and provide us some information on how to make the plugin compatible with their theme.

I submitted a ticket with the Themeco, but I’m not so sure it’s their issue. Here’s why.
I tried making an instance of the form on a page that does not use the Cornerstone page builder, and it still doesn’t produce the button. There is NO button element in the code whatsoever, just like on the other page.
By the way, thank you for working with me on this.
I’m still looking to you all for a solution.

Hi Bobby,
I am very sorry, but without access to your site’s environment we can’t troubleshoot this issue.
It has to have something to do with the theme or the combination of plugins, because our plugin is used on 10s of thousands of sites and we have never encountered this issue before.
If the theme developer has a compatibility guide, we would be happy to take a look at it.
