# disappearing posts

 * This morning I saw a very old post on my homepage. I clicked to edit the post,
   made the edit and updated the post. I then checked it on the home page and the
   homepage showed the new post I added today, the updated post, and every post 
   underneath the updated post was dated back in August. All of the last 5 months
   of posts are gone. What could have caused this?

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
