disappear from menu

    although its still calculating shipping costs,

    it has been disappear from

    woocomerce -? settings -? shipping

    after update in latest woocomerce

    any help?

    Have you checked your error log?

    Use Query Monitor to see what’s going on with your installation as the plugin is running fine on all versions of WooCommerce, including the upcoming version 6.9.

    Remember that shipping costs are shown in the shipping zones.

    i installed Query Monitor, but it doesnt show infos in the shipping zones,

    i try to unistall the plugin, and then is shows the shipping zones! Weired ? it also appears infos from Query Monitor

    then reactivate the plugin, and it disappers again!

    any ideas?

    Try using troubleshooting mode with Health Check & Troubleshooting and active Twenty Twenty Two, WooCommerce and WC – APG Weight Shipping. If everything works correctly, and we don’t expect anything else, keep activating plugins until you find the one that is causing the problem.

    Hi,

    did this, had activated only woocomerce and apg, but still shipping zones were hidden.

    Also changed to twenty twenty two, but problem still excists 🙁

    only when i diactivate apg, zhippings zone appears

    That doesn’t make sense, the plugin doesn’t alter the shipping zones in any way 🙁

    Are you sure you use WC – APG Weight Shipping?

    Do you have shipping enabled in the general options?

    Can you share a screenshot of the general options of your WooCommerce?

    the fact is that customers can calculate the shipping costs according their shipping zones, but cannot see them from admin panel

    Sorry, we don’t understand the texts in your language and we cannot see the settings you have in the General tab.

    When the shipping zones disappear, doesn’t Query Monitor show any kind of error?

    Can you contact us by mail to send us the access data to see what is happening in your installation? The truth is that it is an error that we have never seen with our plugin.
