Disapearing header image

Hi
just recently my header images has been disappearing without any reason.
I am able to see this at the back end but in a live preview it’s not there.
I am not sure if this is a plugin related issues but i have noticed when i disable the Elementor plugin it does show up if i activate another theme.
I have even reinstalled the Elemetor plugin again but this hasn’t helped
Has anyone else had this issue before.
